Mobile Insurance Claim Process

Submit Documents

  • Call 022-61555222 or visit within 4 days of incident, to generate your Claim Intimation Number (CIN)
  • Visit the nearest Customer Connect Point (CCP) within 7 days of receiving CIN confirmation message.
  • Ensure you have Handset and/or Required Documents, plus Deductible amount (see below) in cash, as communicated by call/ email/ SMS.
  • Claim approved at the customer connect point within 30 minutes.
  • Submit handset along with backcover/ battery / SIM tray / stylus and all other detachable accessories.
  • Check, sign and keep the Job Sheet.
  • Your repaired or replaced handset will be delivered within 21 working days (including transit time) of handset submission, excluding closures for disasters, riots, weekends or holidays.
  • Collect the handset from the CCP within 7 days of receiving SMS.
  • Submit the Job Sheet and ensure the Mobile Bag is opened in your presence.
  • Verify that the handset is in working condition.
  • Sign acceptance on the discharge voucher.
  • If any issues relating to same CIN, lodge claim for repeat repair (no fee) within 7 days of acceptance of handset. Other issues require a new CIN
