Call our toll-free number 1800-209-9060 or Log on to Claim Registration portal http://www.appsdailyclaims.com and fill in the details, to intimate us about the Theft within 48 hours.

For prompt registration of your claim, please provide the following information:
  • Your Date of Birth
  • IMEI of handset
  • Handset Purchase Invoice no.
  • Handset Purchase Invoice Date
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Date & Time of theft
  • Theft location
Get "Claim Intimation Number" (CIN) Registered.

Mention your unique Claim Intimation Number in all future communications for a prompt response.
Pre filled required documents will be sent to your registered email ID.

Intimate Police Station on Theft and get Police Intimation letter "duly stamped & signed".

Intimation letter to be procured within 96 hours of the incident, failing which insurer reserves right of claim process on non-standard basis.
Block SIM Card with your Telecom Operator and get SIM Blocking Letter "duly stamped & signed" or get an email from the telecom operator stating that the SIM is blocked.

Courier the documents to UB Insurance Associates, Bangalore at the address mentioned below:

  • Original Bill on Claimant's Name
  • Self Attested Photo ID Proof of Claimant
  • Police Intimation letter "duly stamped & signed": Intimation letter to be procured within 96 hours of the incident, failing which insurer reserves right of claim process on non-standard basis
  • SIM Blocking Letter or Email Copy from Service Provider "duly stamped & signed": SIM Blocking Letter to be procured within 96 hours of the incident, failing which insurer reserves right of claim process on non-standard basis
  • If claimant is not a SIM owner, SIM owner photo ID proof to be submitted with rest of the documents
  • Itemized Bill for Postpaid Customers
  • Insurance Claim Form (* marked are all mandatory information).
  • Claim Pre-Receipt Voucher - Bank Details Form (* marked are all mandatory information).
  • Cancelled Cheque showing your account details (Including IFSC Code and MICR Code).
  • Letter of Subrogation on minimum Rs.20 Stamp Paper along with Notary.

If there is a cashless service centre available in your area, you will be assigned an authorized service centre and you can avail of the cashless service.

Get Repair Quotation from Authorized Service Centre: In letter head of the center with proper seal and stamp.

The quotation should have a part-wise estimate for the damaged parts.

If you have availed of cashless service, visit the assigned service centre with the damaged handset, ID proof copy and purchase bill copy within 5 days.
Send Repair Quotation along with 3 Photos of the damaged handset (1 photo showing IMEI number clearly and other 2 showing damage) to claims@appsdailyworld.com.

If you have availed of cashless service, submit the damaged handset for repair at the assigned service centre.

Insurance Co. Approves within 24 Hours and also tells the amount approved to the customer.
Post Approval Get the Repair work done and get invoice.

If you have availed of cashless service, the service centre will repair your handset and you will be informed of a date to pick up your repaired handset.

If you have availed of cashless service, you can pick up your repaired handset from the service centre at the scheduled date.
