    5. Data Loss (Lifetime on 1 handset)

How much value of my phone gets covered with AppsDaily Mobile Protection?

AppsDaily Mobile protection covers the entire value of your phone as per the mentioned value on the original purchase invoice of your phone.

Within how many days of phone purchase can I register AppsDaily Mobile Protection in my phone?

If the handset is purchased from a physical store, AppsDaily Mobile Protection should get registered within 3 days from the date of purchase of the handset. If the handset is purchased from an online website, AppsDaily Mobile Protection should get registered within 7 days from the date of purchase of the handset. Please note it is valid only on brand new handsets (purchased online or at retail) and not valid on second hand or refurbished handsets.

How many times can I make a damage claim in one year?

Damage claims can be made any no. of times during the protection validity period of 12 months.

Till when can I claim my Damage protection?

AppsDaily Mobile Protection is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase of your mobile phone. You can make a claim any no. of times for physical and liquid damage during the protection validity period of 12 months.

What is the deductible applicable in case of Damage Claim?

The deductibles are as follows:
1. In case of Repair or Replacement, 5% of the invoice value or Rs.500/- whichever is higher
2. In case of Damage Beyond Repair
a. 25% of handset invoice value between 1-180 days of handset purchase
b. 15% of handset invoice value between 181-365 days (181-730 days for MPP (D2) ) of handset purchase

Can I cancel AppsDaily Mobile Protection once registered in the phone?

No, a plan once registered can't be cancelled for that particular phone

Is there any limitation OR eligibility criterion for registering AppsDaily Mobile protection?

Yes, the following eligibility criteria hold for registering any AppsDaily Mobile Protection:

1. Mobile phone, purchase Invoice of which in the name of someone who is under 18 year old is not covered

2. Mobile phones, purchase invoice date of which is more than 3 days old (if purchased from physical stores) are not covered

3. Mobile phones, the first activation date of which is more than 7 days old (if purchased from online website)

4. Refurbished / Second hand mobile phones are not covered

What should be done first once the mobile is damaged?

For products other than the AppsDaily Mobile Protection Platinum Series Please call up our Customer Care no. 022-61555222 and follow the guidelines given by our executive

For AppsDaily Mobile Protection Platinum Series -Call us at 022-61555222 and register the complaint within 4 days from the date of occurrence of the incident. Thereafter, as guided by the executive, you have to visit the nearest AppsDaily Connect Centre.

What all documents are required to claim Damage protection?

For any Damage Claim, the following documents are required:

1. Any Govt. issued photo ID proof

2. Original handset purchase invoice

3. NOC from the EMI company, if the phone was purchased on EMI

Note-In case customer is unable to visit himself, an authorized person can visit on behalf of the customer if the person carries his own ID proof along with authorization letter in prescribed format (to be emailed to customer, if required)

Is estimate quotation from Authorized service centre necessary?

For AppsDaily Mobile Protection Platinum Series you don'thave to submit any quotation. All you have to do is visit the Connect Centre and submit original handset purchase invoice and a Govt. issued photo ID proof.

Can a photocopy/printout/carbon copy of purchase invoice be produced instead of the original?

No. For claiming damage protection Original purchase bill is mandatory without which claim cannot be processed.

What if I need any assistance in filling the forms?

You can call our number 022-61555222 anytime between 10 AM to 8 PM. Our customer executive will guide for any kind of assistance. Or you can always visit the nearest Connect Centre for any kind of assistance

Purchase bill is in the name of my company. Do I need any additional documents while claiming damage protection?

Yes. An authorization letter with seal & signature of the company on the company's letter head needs to be produced.

What is the procedure to submit the required documents for Claim Process?

For AppsDaily Mobile Protection Platinum Series, the following documents are required to be submitted at the Connect Centre:

1. Self Attested ID Proof (PAN card/Passport/Driving License/Aadhar card/ any other Government issued ID Proof)

2. Original Handset Purchase Invoice

What if miss out on any of the documents? Will my claim be rejected?

No, in that case our Connect Centre executive will tell you about when to visit again with the missing documents.

In how many days would I get my handset repaired?

After submission of your documents at the Connect Centre, you will get your handset repaired within 21 working days. The Connect Centre will intimate you whenever your phone is ready.

What if my handset can't be repaired?

AppsDaily will provide you a re-furbished handset of the same model or the closest model of the same value within the same brand. Your phone OS type will remain the same.

What is the validity of my Antivirus, Anti-theft in the Mobile Protection Platinum?

The validity for application features like Anti-theft, Anti-virus, and Data Privacy is lifetime.

How to register a Damage Claim?

What if I don't have a Connect Centre in my town?

In that case you will have to visit the Connect Centre in the nearest town.

What should I carry when I am directed to visit the Connect Centre?

For Damage claim, you need to carry the following:

1. Self-attested Govt. issued Photo ID Proof

2. Original Handset Purchase Invoice

Note - If you are not able to visit the connect centre, an authorized person can visit on your behalf but they need to carry their own ID proof along with an authorization letter signed by you.

Can someone else visit the Connect Centre on my behalf for my damage Claim?

Do I have to courier the documents to some address?

No, with our new AppsDaily Mobile Protection Pack, there is no need to courier any documents. Everything gets done at the Connect Centre.

Can I extend my Mobile protection Plan?

No. You cannot extend your plan beyond the protection validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase of your phone.
